Approved advertising for bid quotes for the removal of asbestos in the Courthouse Dome.
Approved increased architectural fees as presented by Wold Architects and Engineers for :

Human Services Building Boiler Replacement Project – Additional Fees $6,375.00

Recorder’s Office Service Counter – Additional Fees $3,000.00
Approved proposed changes to county parking design as presented by Bolton and Menk (Engineer’s for the City of Fairmont Lake Avenue Improvement Project) located at the intersection of Main Street, Lake Avenue, and First Street.
Approved County Engineer to proceed working with the City of Fairmont and Bolton and Menk on removal of courthouse parking lot block wall and includes slope and seeding.
Approved a Proclamation declaring April 2020 as National County Government Month; and approve a cookout luncheon for employees in May 2020.
Approved the hire of Adam Wells as full time Deputy Sheriff for the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, effective April 13, 2020.
Approved the hire of Trenton Rossow as full time Corrections Officer for the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, effective April 13, 2020.
Approved a resolution for conveyance of certain parcels of tax forfeited nonconservation land located in East Chain Township to East Chain Township.
