Community Health & Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties is interested in identifying individuals who are eligible and wanting to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. At this time, our agency has received 300 doses of the Moderna vaccine. As of 1/14/2021, we have distributed 260 doses to individuals identified as part of Minnesota’s 1A distribution group. (https://www.health.state.mn.us/…/coro…/vaccine/plan.html) The remaining 40 doses have been allocated to the 1A distribution group and appointments have been scheduled.
PLEASE NOTE: We have NOT received information about when our next allocation of vaccine will be coming.
Today the Governor announced an expansion to allow for vaccination of individuals who are over the age of 65 and those working in schools and childcare. This survey identifies that you are interested in receiving the covid-19 vaccine. We will provide information on how you can schedule your vaccine appointment when we receive additional doses of vaccine.
