COVID-19 TESTING-REFERRALS

Referrals are required for the Mayo Clinic Health System in Fairmont drive-up testing site.

Those who think they have COVID-19 symptoms should call their primary care provider before presenting to the hospital whenever possible. If a COVID-19 test is warranted based on answers to screening questions, a patient will be directed to the drive-up testing site or other testing location.

Those who present to testing locations without a referral will not be tested.
