Martin County: 7 new cases to report. None currently hospitalized.

Ages: 11, 37, 37, 42, 50, 64, 71

Three prior reported cases currently hospitalized. Ages: 36, 87, 89.

516 confirmed cases. 101 active. 403 recovered. 12 Covid related deaths so far.

Faribault County: 1 new case, 1 case reported yesterday was found to reside in a different county and has been transferred.One case currently hospitalized: 67 year old. 165 confirmed cases. 19 active. 146 recovered.

WATONWAN COUNTY HAS 541 CONFIRMED CASES. 8 ACTIVE. 1 CURRENLTY KNOWN HOSPITALIZED. 529 CASES OUT OF ISOLATION. 4 COVID RELATED DEATHS.

The Minnesota Department of Health reported on Tuesday 954 new confirmed positive cases of COVID-19.  The total number of cases in Minnesota is 105,740.

There have been 4 additional deaths associated with COVID-19, putting the state’s death total at 2,087.  Deaths among cases that resided in long term care or assisted living facilities increased to 1,488.

A total of 95,164  people have recovered statewide and no longer require isolation.

The number of Iowans hospitalized with COVID-19 increased sharply in the last 24 hours as another 522 tested positive for the coronavirus and 11 more Iowans died from the virus.With 522 new cases reported, the total number of Iowans who’ve tested positive for the coronavirus now stands at 93,423.  Of those, the state considers 72,173 to be recovered. Thirteen Iowa counties now have a two week average positive rate above 15%.

As of 10am Tuesday there were 413 Iowans hospitalized, 104 patients in the ICU and 43 patients on ventilators.With 11 additional deaths, a total of 1,399 Iowans have now died from COVID-19.  Of those who’ve died, 643 were residents of long term care facilities.
