Nine more Minnesota residents have died of COVID-19.  The deaths reported on Monday raised the state’s total to 731, 595 of the deaths were among cases that resided in long term care or assisted living facilities.

The Health Department also reported 705 new confirmed cases, increasing Minnesota’s total to 16,372.

As of Monday, 488 patients were hospitalized with 229 of them in intensive care, 10,764 patients are recovering statewide and no longer need isolation.

 

120 confirmed cases have been reported in Martin County. Active cases 7. Recovered cases 107. Currently known hospitalized is 0. Covid-19 Deaths 5.

In Faribault County there have been 10 confirmed cases. Active cases 4. Recovered cases 6. Currently known hospitalized is 0.

Watonwan County currently has 41 confirmed positive cases of COVID-19.

In Blue Earth County, the total number of confirmed cases is 87,  Freeborn County’s total is 61,

 

The Iowa Department of Health reported 4 new deaths from the coronavirus, bringing the state’s total to 355.

The Health Department also reported 304 new cases on Monday, bringing the state’s total to 14,955.

A total of 103,148 people have been tested and 7,324 patients are recovering and no longer require isolation.

A total of 5 confirmed cases have been reported in Kossuth County and Winnebago County is at 7 confirmed cases.
