The Minnesota Department of Health reported on Wednesday that 29 more Minnesotans have died of COVID-19, raising the state’s total to 777, 635 of the deaths were among people who resided in long-term care or assisted living facilities.

The Health Department also reported 645 new confirmed cases, increasing the state’s total to 17,670.
As of Wednesday, 550 patients were hospitalized, with 212 of them in intensive care and 12,227 have recovered and no longer require isolation.
Martin County has 123 reported cases. 11 Active Cases. 1 known hospitalization. Covid deaths 5. In Faribault County, the total is 10 confirmed cases.
A total of 98 cases have been confirmed in Blue Earth County, Freeborn County has 67 reported cases,

Watonwan County Public Health is reporting ONE new COVID-19 positive cases.
Case number 42 is a person in their 60s. All individuals that were hospitalized with COVID 19 have been discharged.

The Iowa Department of Health reported 16 new deaths from the coronavirus on Wednesday, bringing the state’s total to 383 and 238 new cases were reported, bringing the state’s total to 15,534.
A total of 110,213 people have been tested and 8,211 patients are recovering and no longer require isolation.
The total number of confirmed cases in Kossuth County is at 4 and Winnebago County has 7 total confirmed cases.
