Four more Minnesota resident have died of COVID-19. The death reported on Monday raised the state’s total to 1,384; 1,095 of the deaths occurred in long term care or assisted living facilities.
The Health Department also reported 308 new confirmed cases, increasing Minnesota’s total to 33,227.
As of Monday 332 patients were hospitalized, with 156 of them in intensive care.
The latest report from Human Services of Martin and Faribault County reported a total of 33 confirmed cases in Faribault County, with 8 active cases and 148 confirmed cases in Martin County, with 2 active cases.
Watonwan County now has 157 confirmed cases. 58 active cases . 99 recovered cases.
The Iowa Department of Health reported 1 new death from the coronavirus, bringing the state’s total to 686.
The Health Department also reported on Monday that 183 new confirmed cases were reported. Iowa’s total number of cases is now at 26,048.
A total of 259,001 people have been tested and 16,129 patients are recovering and no longer require isolation.
Polk County had the most confirmed cases in the state with over 5,200 cases and Fremont County had the fewest with only 4 confirmed cases.
