CREST is celebrating 25 years of service to the aging population of Martin County. The public is invited to an open house on Sunday, October 23rd from 2-4pm at the CREST office, located at 820 Winnebago Avenue in Fairmont. You are welcome to come tour the offices and meet the CREST staff & board. Refreshments will be served.

CREST is a network of faith congregations, organizations, and individuals that provide non-professional assistance to individuals and families, whose circumstances leave them with physical, social or spiritual needs. Their goal is to help people improve their quality of life and remain independent as long as possible.

CREST offers support groups for Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Caregivers, Low Vision, and Parkinson’s Disease. They also have Lunch & Learn programs monthly in Sherburn, Fairmont, and Trimont as well as classes featuring “Balance Matters” and “The Toolbox for Caregivers.”

CREST also provides Live In Home services such as transportation, friendly visiting, and home helper, all with the help of our wonderful volunteers. If you have questions about the CREST program or the upcoming open house, please give the CREST office a call at 235-3833.
