THE FAIRMONT CITY COUNCIL MONDAY HELD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE LAKE AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT. THOSE PROPERTY OWNERS ALONG LAKE AVENUE FROM 4TH STREET TO THE DOWNTOWN PLAZA WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR $80 PER ASSESSABLE FRONT FOOT. TOTAL COST FOR THE PROJECT IS $4,908,289.50.
