Four young adults have been injured after shots rang out during a large gathering at a home in rural Truman.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office says it was called to a home at 2026 210th Street at 11:43 p.m. Monday after receiving multiple calls reporting shots fired.

Four people were hospitalized after being shot: a man and a woman both aged 18, and two other men aged 19 and 20.

The 18-year-olds were treated for their injuries and released from Mayo Clinic Health System Fairmont. The two older victims are recovering, with the 20-year-old transferred to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester.
