There are reported new cases of the cornonavirus in northern Iowa according to information released today by state health officials. The state also announced two more deaths, bringing the statewide total to nine.
Hancock County has 3 cases, one case has been reported in Kossuth County and none have been reported in Winnebago County.
Iowa now had 549 positive cases after 52 new ones were announced on Wednesday.
The new cases include the first two cases in Mitchell County.
There is also a new case in Cerro Gordo County, which now has eight cases.
